  • Commercial Properties: 3%-5% of gross income.
  • Short-Term Rentals: 20% of gross income.
  • Trust Reserve Held. $1,000 reserve account.
  • No Contracts. Month-to-month (cancel any time).

  • Residential Properties: 100% of the 1st month’s rent collected. 25% OFF for our first-time clients.
  • Commercial Properties: 10% of the total annualized rent amount.
  • Billing Date. Leasing fees are payable by your new tenants directly, at lease signing.
  • No Contracts. Month-to-month contract (cancel any time).
